However we understand that mistakes can happen and minds can change. A refund can be granted if the item(s) you receive are damaged or not what you are looking for.

The Return Process

1. Fill in the form below to receive your return authorization number. (This number insures the correct tracking of your return and alerts us that you are sending a return to us.)
   
   
2. Print the email you receive from Metal Imagination with your authorization number and include it in the box with your return. Or, write your number on paper to include in your box.
   
   
3. Refunds will be issued with in 14 days of Metal Imagination receiving your return.

H & K Metal Sculptures and metal art desk accessories are welded from recycled steel and copper. Our sports, professions and lifestyles metal sculptures will be prominently displayed by the select few who receive them. Our metal sculpture collections are designed by American artists in collaboration with European craftsmen to reflect American taste and culture. This collaboration results in a truly unique pice of art, and wonderful gift.

All metal sculptures represented are individually handcrafted and will vary in size, shape and color. Please note that due to the handmade nature of these items minor changes are made by the artist's discretion resulting in slight variations from the image displayed. Made from recycled steel and copper, each metal sculpture posses distinct markings which are inherent in the metal that enhance the individuality of each piece. All of our metal sculptures are original and protected under U.S. copyright laws.
