This christmas tree wine bottle holder makes unique Christmas gifts, wine accessories or housewarming gifts.

One of the most widespread traditions connected to Christmas is the Christmas Tree. Since it is one of many Christmas traditions passed downed throughout the ages, accurately crediting its origins to a specific time or place is difficult. The history of the Christmas tree has been traced back all the way to the Ancient Romans who would decorate trees with small metal articles during their winter festivities.

Christmas trees are designed using a variety of different types of trees including the fir, evergreen, spruce, cedar, and pine tree. One legend has it that these trees are used because of their triangular shape, representing the Holy Trinity of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Other cultures claims that it stands for the Tree of Knowledge and the original red and white ornaments for good and evil. Often, an angel or star is place atop the Christmas Tree, representing the symbols in Christian theology. The star symbolizes the star followed by three wise men on their way to Bethlehem to deliver presents to the baby Jesus, while the angels represent the angels present during Jesus' birthday.

Less than a couple of hundred years ago, the Christmas tree was hung upside down in homes and churches around the world. It was not until the Victorian era until this custom changed and was placed right-side up on a table. Around this time, a color theme of different decors such as the Egyptian tree and Oriental tree were introduced.

Wine and other fermented beverages have frequently been accustomed to festive winter time traditions of the past. The Christmas tree wine bottle
